Question: Clicking Noise when Open/Close Door

I have a horrible clicking noise when I open/close the driver's door of my 2005 Pontiac Vibe. The window will not go down all the way sometimes. I have figured out that the window will not go down all the way if it has a really big click in the door when I open it. Afterwards it will go down.

I experienced that -- the fellow at Pep Boys just tightened up a bolt and it stopped!. Probably loosened as the car aged.
