Question: WARNING LIGHT FOR COOLANT

I HAVE A RED WARNING LIGHT FOR COOLANT COMING ON AND ALARM CHIRPS, I HAVE HAD THE COOLANT BUBBLE REPLACED ONCE FOR THIS UNDER WARRANTY. ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT CONSTANT LIKE BEFORE REPLACING THE BUBBLE, THE LIGHT AND ALARM STILL COME ON AT DIFFERENT TIMES. ESPECIALLY WHEN DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. I AM OUT OF WARRANTY NOW AND THIS ISSUE STILL HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED!!!! WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS, AND WHY DOES IT HAPPEN IN THE FIRST PLACE?

Check the level sensor, might need to clean it off.
