To be completely honest, I'm not very happy with the service that we have received since you have been in the new shop. After spending over $2000 dollars on Mikes truck $1500 of which was the trans, we have been back at least 8 times for leaks and this last time having a $340 bill to what I thought was a completely rebuilt trans for $1500 only to find that old parts that could leak were still on it. I think personally you are a great guy and a great mechanic and I understand that you have top make a living, but when I pay that much money and am told the trans is completely rebuilt like new with warranty I don't expect to have to return for leaks, because old parts are still there. This leaking was immediately after we picked up the truck too so it wasn't like things weren't already worn out. I realize there has been different leaks but like I said I was under the impression that we were getting a "completely" rebuilt trans meaning all old seals or whatever else replaced. That may have been my mistake. I do wish you well in your new shop but unless its warranty work on the trans I think we will be going elsewhere.

Dustin and John, what a great team! Honest as the day is long, gave me a second opinion from a shady shop trying to charge for parts that didn't need to be changed . I have a shop I can trust, the auto dr. And the have awesome coffee.... :)

Took my car in to Auto Dr because my front wheel was shaking real bad and I thought I had a bad bearing. It turns out there was just a lot of snow and ice jammed up in the wheel causing the problem. I appreciate the integrity and honesty of Dustin and his staff and that is why I have been using them for several years.

As always, I am very satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. Dustin always stands behind his work, and is fair and honest! Dustin is now our whole family's mechanic!
