"We've had this vehicle for 13 years now, bought it new at the dealer. It's only been back to the dealer once, for a 30,000 mile service. Though it is one of the first hybrid vehicles on the market, it has been the most reliable vehicle we have ever owned - ever. It's certainly not a glamorous vehicle by today's standards, but it is a very comfortable road car and we often take it on trips without worry or fuss.I would like to trade it for some of the newer gizmos, gadgets, and safety features, but the new styles from Lexus with that ugly spindle grill just keeps us away. This model car is due for a serious makeover, and let's hope the younger Toyoda son that came up with the spindle design feature is on a long vacation at the time. We will certainly purchase one."
